Kickboxing.

Training sessions are based on the
training regimen of professional fighters. We focus on showing you
how to condition your body and mind like a professional fighter,
whether you’re taking your first class or have trained for years.
The boxing programs focuses on strong technique and high
intensity to build muscle tone, reduce fat, gain endurance and
develop sound combat skills.
We also specialize in youth
boxing, we pride ourselves in a competitive boxing program for boys
and girls ages 8-16. |

live environment. We are open minded to any and all useful
information, whether it comes from a very experienced individual or
from a beginner.
Our self-defense drills are devised to be
as life-like as possible.
We focus on teaching concepts,
rather than a step-by-step analysis of how to do something. We teach
what works for you. There is no standard mindset or body type.
Everyone reacts differently and can do things others cannot. |

Circuit
training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises
are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, with the benefits of
both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. Circuit is
group of activities stations positioned around the facility that are
visited in rapid succession.
The range of stations includes
comprising resistance equipment (e.g. hydraulic equipment or free
weights), and squat thrusts, pushups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and
other exercises.
Each person will complete the activity in
one station before they proceed to the next station. Then continue
until you passed through all stations once or twice as required, or
until a certain time requirement has been met. |
A personal trainer is a fitness
professional who develops and implements an individualized approach
to physical fitness, working one-on-one with a client. A trainer may
also help an individual assess their level of physical fitness and
help them work toward a personal fitness goal through proper
exercise instruction and personal motivation.
The 5 classic
components of fitness are muscular strength, endurance, body
composition, cardiovascular, and flexibility, although there are
other subsets like power and speed.
The general population
is defined as an age range of 18 to about 50. The definition of
healthy in this context means an absence of a disease that would
affect one's ability to exercise. Anyone outside that scope of
practice should be placed in a trainer's scope after a visit to the
doctor to see what kind, if any, exercise they are capable of. |
